** Due to the fact that Autographed Collectables exhibit at various tradeshows around the world, it is highly recommended that you call prior to your visit on Saturday’s to ensure the show room is open.

Shipping Within Australia: All delivery charges include GST. Your valued collectable is shipped with Australian Air Express and is registered & insured for your peace of mind during transit. Australian Air Express requires a physical street address for delivery rather than a PO Box. A signature is required on delivery in order for your package to be left.
When the driver delivers your goods, please sign as received with STI ( subject to inspection ). By federal law, your local courier driver is not required to wait whilst you inspect your goods. Please open and inspect your merchandise immediately and if there is a problem or damage to the piece(s), please call Autographed Collectables on 02 9625 0466 immediately. If there is no one home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left providing you with re-delivery information. Once your item is dispatched please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please change this to, Once your item has been dispatched, please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery.

International Shipping: All Items are shipped world wide with Fed Ex and each item is registered & insured for your peace of mind during transit. Autographed Collectables will not be responsible for any import duties and taxes associated with your purchase. Please speak to your local government office for further information. Once the driver has arrived with your goods, please open and inspect the package for damage before signing that you have received the contents in good condition. REFUND POLICY: All items purchased are refundable and or exchangeable within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned at your expense and in their original condition. Autographed Collectables offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all items purchased. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply call us to arrange for a full refund. (Excluding shipping)
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your collectable has arrived damaged or not in the condition that you would expect, simply call us to arrange for a replacement piece to be sent.
LAY-BY OPTIONS: Affordable payment plans are available at Autographed Collectables. Please speak to our friendly staff who can organise a flexible and affordable payment plan to suit your budget. There is a $50.00 administration charge if your lay-by is terminated.
LEGALITIES: You may not distribute, modify, transmit, re-use, re-post, or use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text & images without Autographed Collectables written permission. VALUATIONS: Autographed Collectables offer a valuation service which is valid with all insurance companies. Each item is independently assessed and a written report is provided along with a photo of the item. The Valuation Certificate will include a description of the item, a current image of the item and the current market value of the item.
